Grief is a journey that we will all encounter at some time in our life.
Grief is very personal but universal and has no time limit.
Coping with the loss of someone we love and cherish is extremely difficult and painful.
A support group is a proven way to bring comfort, consolation and healing to ourselves and each other.
Grieving with Great Hope is a program which provides us with a sacred space to do just that.
A welcoming confidential setting to provide support and help and an awareness of how to navigate our grieving process.

About Yasmin
My name is Yasmin and I have recently enrolled in a Faith Based Nursing program, this program integrates faith and health in the Parish community so that all parishioners can have wellness of body, mind and spirit. With the guidance of Father Bob I can provide presence and prayer to those that are ill or aging, I am also able to offer health counselling, provide health resources and advocate for those in need. I will be starting a Grief and Bereavement Support group in January. I can be contacted at stjohnshealingministry@gmail.com for additional information.
