Getting ahead

Google "how to get ahead" and you'll get over a billion results. I know because I just tried it. Everyone has advise for getting ahead-life coaches, financial planners, career experts, and the brother-in-law with a great investment opportunity. But what does it take to get ahead in the Kingdom of Heaven? It's so simple. We don't need spreadsheets or motivational talks or three-part, colour-coded plans. We just need to follow God's commandments and teach our children to do the same. Jesus makes it even simpler: Love the Lord your God, with all your heart, soul, and mind. And love your neighbour as yourself. How are you doing on this during these times?
